What is in the box?

Each box has at least 6 items, including a full size Tarot or Oracle deck, one unique piece of jewelry, and more, with a retail value of $100 or more unless stated otherwise.

While we do include many "witchy" items, we also like to include fun lifestyle items that fit the theme that may or may not be spiritual in nature. We definitely like to change it up so each box is a whole new experience!

Please take a look at past boxes to see an idea of typical items you may receive. 

 

What is a bi-monthly box?

Every other month we release a new box. These are the months new boxes come out: February/April/June/August/October/December. 

When will it ship?

Current boxes ship by the 15th of the current box month. For instance February's box will ship by February 15th. If you subscribe after the 15th and the current box is still available, your box will ship within 2 business days. If you place a "Pre-order," your box will ship by the 15th of the following month.

When does my subscription renew?

Boxes renew on the last day of the month prior to box shipping. For example January 31 for February's box. 

Can I purchase a box without subscribing, or as a gift?

Yes, please choose the "One-time purchase" option. If you want to make sure you get the next box though you may want to subscribe, as it guarantees you a box until you cancel. We often sell out!

Can I skip a month instead of cancelling? What if I already have the deck included? 

Yes! This will keep your account active so we can reserve a box for you for next time, but does not charge you for the month you skip.

We always release a spoiler of the current featured deck on Instagram & on our website so you will know if you already have it.

If you would like to skip the current month just reach out to us, or login to your account. 

How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel instead of skip it is easy! Cancel anytime before you are rebilled. You will receive an email when you sign up with this information. Just login to your account and follow directions to cancel. Or email us at customerservice@nineofearth.com and we will be happy to do this for you.

Are your boxes sent in anonymous packaging?

Yes! We realize not everyone wants to announce their spiritual path so we send all our packages in a non-descript poly mailer or box so it is not obvious what you are being sent.

What is your return policy?

Some of our items are handmade and/or made to order, so all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

We do our best to make sure everything is packaged with care, but in the event something is broken or left out please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!

Do you ship International?

Yes, but please be aware that you may receive extra custom fees. In addition some banks will charge foreign transaction fees. Please understand that we have no control over this and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
