What is in the subscription box?

Each box has at least 6 items, including a full size Tarot or Oracle deck, one unique piece of jewelry, and more, with a retail value of $100 or more unless stated otherwise. If you choose the option with no deck included, your retail value will be under $100, as it doesn't include the value of the deck.

While we do include many "witchy" items, we also like to include fun lifestyle items that fit the theme that may or may not be spiritual in nature. We definitely like to change it up so each box is a whole new experience!

When will it ship?

Boxes generally ship between the 15th-20th each month. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see one by the 20th.

When does my subscription renew?

Boxes renew on the last day of the month prior to box shipping. For example January 31 for February's box.  

Can I purchase a box without subscribing, or as a gift?

Yes, please choose the "One-time purchase" option. If you want to make sure you get the next box though you may want to subscribe, as it guarantees you a box until you cancel. We often sell out!

Can I skip a month instead of canceling? What if I already have the deck included? 

Yes! This will keep your account active so we can reserve a box for you for next time, but does not charge you for the month you skip.

We always release a spoiler of the current featured deck on Instagram & on our website so you will know if you already have it. You can also choose to exclude the deck for a lower price.

How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel instead of skip it is easy! Cancel anytime before you are rebilled. Just login to your account, click on "manage subscription," and follow directions to cancel. Or email us at customerservice@nineofearth.com and we will be happy to do this for you.

When I go to login it is saying I have no account, how can this be when I am currently subscribed?!

The website will not recognize your login account if you did not click the "activate account" link emailed to you after signing up. Please reach out to customerservice@nineofearth.com and we will re-send your account invite link. After clicking the link you should be able to login and manage your account.

Are your boxes sent in anonymous packaging?

Yes! We realize not everyone wants to announce their spiritual path so we send all our packages in a non-descript poly mailer or box so it is not obvious what you are being sent.

What is your return policy?

Our subscription boxes are limited in quantity, and made to order, so all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!

We do our best to make sure everything is packaged with care, but in the event something is broken or left out please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!
